Lavender Festival Vendor Registration
Service Description
Register to be a vendor at the 2nd Annual Wiarton Lavender Festival in Bluewater Park, 40 William St. in Wiarton, Ontario. $20/day. Bring your own tent, table and chairs. Set up begins at 8am and you must be ready by 8:45am Tear down begins after 3pm Rain or shine event, no refunds are available
Cancellation Policy
Please provide the following by email to bluewaterlavender@gmail.com: Your logo if you would like it included in our promotion Pictures of your products for promotional use We do our best to ensure minimal overlap with products but some overlap may happen. If you are food vendor, you must have proper certification and you must provide your certificate from the Health Department 30 days in advance. There are absolutely no refunds for this event unless the event itself is cancelled by the host. This is a rain or shine event. Please notify us in advance if you need a table and chairs or if you are bringing your own. The host is not responsible for any lost/stolen goods during the event. Vendors must pack up at the end of each day as the venue is not secured. Your spot is not secure until we receive all necessary requirements.
