Service Description
Always a busy and fun day in Bluewater Park in Wiarton! Join us for our 3rd Annual Wiarton Lavender Festival as a vendor. $30/day or $50 for both days. 9-3 on Saturday July 25th and Sunday July 26th. Set up by 8:45 am and tear down no earlier than 3 pm. Bring your own tent, weights, table and chairs. Not refundable and happening rain or shine! Email with any questions: bluewaterlavender@gmail.com

Cancellation Policy
Please provide the following by email to bluewaterlavender@gmail.com: Your logo if you would like it included in our promotion Pictures of your products for promotional use We do our best to ensure minimal overlap with products but some overlap may happen. If you are food vendor, you must have proper certification and you must provide your certificate from the Health Department 30 days in advance. There are absolutely no refunds for this event unless the event itself is cancelled by the host. This is a rain or shine event. Please notify us in advance if you need a table and chairs. The host is not responsible for any lost/stolen goods during the event. Vendors must pack up at the end of each day as the venue is not secured. Your spot is not secure until we receive all necessary requirements.
